Steve and Mariska organized their wedding at the iconic Wye River Hotel. Mariska got ready in the “House on the Hill” at the Big 4, which is such an amazing getting ready space with views, large windows and an elevated position. Mariska has a long history in Wye River making it the perfect spot to have her own Wye River Wedding.
The ceremony was performed amazingly by Luke from Make it Fabulous – Luke brings so much cheeky fun to your ceremony! It was beautiful for guests to relax and see the waves in the background while they witnessed the beginning of this marriage. If you’re having your own Wye River Wedding, be sure to give Luke a shout out.
Mariska’s details also warrant a special mention. Her flowers were understated but stunning – just like her! Her flowers were designed by the ever popular A Flourish of Flowers. Her cake was just about the best I’ve ever seen! Ever! Her little dogs were perfectly replicated on the cake – so cute and amazing by the talented Baking Bliss.
