Geelong Wedding Venues

Here is a list of some Geelong Wedding Venues to get you thinking about what might suit your day best. I am lucky enough to have worked at many unique venues in and around Geelong.

Geelong Library

This Geelong wedding venue is one of my favourites in Geelong. It has a 100 person capacity balcony which has the most sweeping views across Corio Bay and the You Yangs, with gorgeous interior rooms as well. The library itself also has a few interesting photo spots and different coloured rooms and walls. Its just a stroll downstairs to the gardens and a few streets over are some cool laneways if that’s your vibe. Catering is by THE RK GROUP. The staff are so friendly, they’re sure to accommodate whatever you’re dreaming up for your day.

Campbell Point House

Your guests will wonder where they actually are once they step inside Campbell Point House. It has the look of an English Manor, with landscaped gardens, sloping down to the bay with panoramic views. Its made for lawn games with expansive lawns everywhere and a hedge lined courtyard which is perfect for family photos. It has 8 luxury suites you and your guests can rent. This venue has a real wow factor and a perfect option for couples looking for something super special. Find out more here

At The Heads

Iconic pale blue timber, amazing photo locations right outside the door including a pier, the ability to move your ceremony inside – these are just a few reasons this is such a great Geelong Wedding venue. This building is what comes to mind when many of think about Barwon Heads – it’s just so nostalgic! The food and service is second to none also. At the Heads also has far reaching views to the bluff, bridge and down the river. Make enquiries early as this venue is super popular for good reason. See more here

See Sarah and Matts Barwon Heads Wedding here

This is a gorgeous Geelong Wedding venue with the advantage of having lots of accomodation on site, including a full hotel with a pool, and just out on the edge of town in Barwon Heads. You could get married on the grounds or at a nearby beach location or choose to go undercover in their alfresco. If you’re marrying in Winter and worried about the rain, this venue literally has back up built in with their undercover area overlooking the greens. An open fireplace and lots of panoramic views, this venue also has a luxe green room for the bridal party to hang out in, great food and lots of photo spots including a balcony. You can even jump in carts to go and have some drinkies while you get your photos done on the grounds. Find out more here

Jack Rabbit Winery

I can’t say enough great things about this gorgeous winery – incredible food and wines, lots of photo spots including fields sloping down to the bay, and fantastic staff who are on hand to make your day amazing. Find out more here
